MaCoReFe project: a testing machine for our gas regulators for low pressure

The collaboration between two of the branches of Pietro Fiorentini, one in Italy (Desenzano del Garda, Lombardia) and one in the USA (Weirton, West Virginia), led to the project of a testing machine for our two-stage gas pressure regulators for low pressure: the FE.

These gas pressure regulators are widely used in distribution networks for residential and commercial users. With the new testing machine, we automated the control processes ensuring greater accuracy, productivity and added the possibility to collect data for analysis. Great attention was dedicated to the ergonomic aspect that impacts workers.
