Biokomp and CRYO INOX are now 100% part of the Pietro Fiorentini Group

Between September and October 2025, the Pietro Fiorentini Group completed the acquisition of the minority stakes previously held by the former shareholders of Biokomp and CRYO INOX, bringing both companies fully under the Group’s ownership.

Biokomp designs and manufactures compression and treatment plants for methane, biogas, biomethane, hydrogen, CO₂ and industrial gases. CRYO INOX specialises in LNG plants and CO₂ liquefaction systems. The acquisitions strengthen the Group’s position in renewable energy and expand its portfolio for European and global customers.
